Terms and Conditions

50% nonrefundable deposit is required to place an order and reserve a pick up or shipment date.

​

Orders will not be shipped nor will they be available for pickup prior to balance being paid in full.

​

Balance is due two weeks prior to pick up or shipment date. There WILL NOT be a reminder sent. It is the customer’s responsibility to make final payment (date will be noted on invoice).

​

Quotes and invoices expire after 48 hours. There is a $25 fee to re-send an invoice.

​

Shipping costs are determined by weight of package.

If event is canceled client may be granted a credit to use towards an order for a future agreed-upon date.

​

If order can be accommodated $25 ($50) fee for orders place within two (one) weeks of shipping or pickup  date.

​

Terms and conditions may be changed at anytime by owner.

​

Making payments and placing order indicates that client has read, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions.
